Gentle
Gentle but not easy! Beginner and veteran movers will nourish, strengthen and stretch their fully and differently abled bodies with focussed intention at a relaxed pace. Plenty of support and opportunity to explore technique and form is offered.
Invigorating
Explore more advanced movemenet series at a slightly elevated pace. Intermediate-beginners to athletes will enjoy diving deeper into their Pilates practice with a continued focus on integration of precision, strength, rhythm and form.
Challenging
Discover your potential and how to expand it here. Intermediate to advanced practitioners will explore and mindfully pres the limits of their balance, strength, endurance, flexibility, control and alignment in these fun sessions.
