Sage Therapeutic Pilates was opened in 2017 to promote whole body health through Pilates and therapeutic exercise.  With emphasis on breath and flowing, yet precise movements Pilates helps to achieve balanced strength and stability for our bodies.  Feeling strong and moving freely have a significant influence on our quality of life, and we want to help you feel your best!

Our team has highly trained and experienced Pilates Teachers.   We work with all ages and fitness levels and have experience with many types of conditions, including scoliosis, osteoporosis, joint replacements, spine fusions, peripheral neuropathy, stenosis and arthritis.  We also enjoy working with all levels and types of athletes.    


We offer private and small group sessions on the Pilates equipment, and  Pilates mat classes.

Private and small group sessions are offered by appointment only.
Group mat classes are offered on Mondays, Thursdays and Saturdays at 10 am.

Jenny graduated from the University of Colorado Health Sciences Center with a degree in Physical Therapy in 1990 and became a PMA certified Pilates Teacher in 2007. She is a Certified Health Coach and also has additional training in manual therapy, craniosacral therapy and Zero Balancing. She has focused her career on correcting muscle imbalances and improving body mechanics. Her years of experience have deepened her belief that exercise and good nutrition are our bodies' best medicine.

Jo spent many years dancing professionally and now continues her passion for movement as a multi-faceted teacher. Sheis certified in both Therapeutic Pilates and Myoskeletal Alignment Therapy (MAT). MAT utilizes a potent blend of deep tissue, muscle energy and joint stretching techniques. Both techniques provide a powerfully effective modality for the non-invasive management of all kinds of client pain. These techniques have become a favored treatment among manual therapists, bodywork practitioners, functional movement experts, and many more.

Heidi is a licensed physical therapist and Polestar Pilates teacher, who loves to help everyone find his/her best movement experience and optimize function for everyday life and favorite activities. She is a Tucson native, who has been a physical therapist since 2005 and a Polestar rehabilitative Pilates instructor since 2013. A former dancer and recovering runner, Kimberly now practices and teaches Fletcher lineage Pilates and Iyengar-inspired Yoga. Kimberly is a passionately dedicated student of wellness, movement, and meditative practices. She enjoys sharing the knowledge gained from master teachers, mentors and hours of independent study and practice with clients and students. She takes pride in teaching to students' needs, learning from them, and promoting strength and understanding of the body, mind, and spirit through Yoga and Pilates practice.
